Conformance status

WCAG defines requirements for improving access for people with a wide range of disabilities. Chapter Partner targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public marketing website.

Measures supporting accessibility

Our intended practices include:

• Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels, and controls.
• Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive features.
• Visible focus indicators and logical focus order.
• Color contrast and information not conveyed by color alone.
• Responsive layouts and support for text enlargement and reflow.

Known limitations

Potential limitations may include third-party scheduling, consent, video, social, map, payment, analytics, or form components that Chapter Partner does not fully control; older documents or media; and newly published content awaiting review.

Before publication, replace this general statement with specific verified limitations, affected pages or features, available alternatives, and planned remediation. Do not state “no known issues” without a current production assessment.

Compatibility

The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies using supported operating systems. Very old browsers, unsupported software, disabled essential browser capabilities, or third-party components may provide a reduced experience.

Production testing should document the browser, operating-system, screen-reader, keyboard, zoom, reflow, and mobile combinations actually assessed.

Accessibility feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, need content in another format, or cannot complete a task, use the Contact page and identify the request as “Accessibility.” Include:

• The page URL or feature.
• What you were trying to do.
• A description of the problem.
• Your browser, device, or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it.
• The format or assistance that would help.

Do not include passwords, payment information, private member data, or unnecessary medical information. We will review the request and communicate an appropriate next step. A formal response target should be inserted only after the business has adopted and can meet one.

Assessment approach

Accessibility evaluation may combine automated testing, keyboard review, zoom and reflow checks, color and contrast review, form testing, code inspection, and assistive-technology testing. Automated tools alone cannot establish conformance.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility can change when content, Joomla extensions, templates, embeds, consent tools, forms, or integrations change. We intend to review reported barriers, prioritize issues by impact, include accessibility in future changes, and update this statement when the verified status materially changes.
